The C6 Z06 Corvette differential has a larger ring and pinion than the stock LS2/LS3 equipped C6 Corvette. However, your LS2 & LS3 Corvettes can be upgraded to this heavy duty differential with a transmission upgrade, call for specific information regarding conversions.

Can also be used in 2006-2013 automatic equipped Corvettes requiring a 3.42 gear, tuning is required for automatic Corvettes to modify shift points.

Note: Zip Corvette recommends a specific break-in procedure when installing a new or rebuilt Getrag differential into your C5 or C6 Corvette. Failure to follow the break in procedures will allow excessive heat to build up causing a less than desirable pattern on the face of the gear resulting in noise and eventually a possible gear failure.
